Intern PR Italy (m/f/d)

As Intern PR Italy you will be a key member of the PR department, interacting with journalists and various departments at Westwing. You will take responsibility for a variety of tasks such as press releases and image requests and support the PR team in day-to-day business and events. This position is located in our Office in Milan and is limited for 6 months.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• direct cooperation with our Westwing buyers
• independent execution of various administrative processes
• taking over the monthly press clipping process on your own responsibility
• maintenance of the press distribution list and archive
• support with research activities, events and sent outs
• independent tasks in day-to-day business such as image requests
• organization of press releases

• ideally first experience in PR or lifestyle are
• hands on mentality, independent, solution-oriented, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
• an eye for language, colors and moods passion/enthusiasm for style and interiors
• creativity, initiative, ability to work in a team and motivated organizational talent
• very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• fluent in Italian and very good written and spoken English
