The Instructional Design and Development Coordinator (Temp) is responsible for content design for courseware or programs for the Sales and Customer Success teams. This individual will design, develop, and implement learning programs, curriculums and courseware spanning across topics that include but are not limited to - manager development, sales skill training and new hire onboarding. This includes developing training courseware in a variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor-led, in-person or virtual training, self-paced training, eLearning, micro learning, videos, infographics, supporting guides, etc.). The successful candidate will have experience in instructional design, graphic design, adult learning principles and a passion for the user experience. This role will also coordinate scheduling, post training survey data and other enablement coordination. This position is a full time temporary role (12 months).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sales enablement for Lucid’s Sales / CS organization for the new hire, sales manager and role excellence programs that align to strategic sales initiatives across regions, including on demand, virtual trainings, screencasts, podcasts, videos, etc.
  • Schedule enablement training events
  • Use technical design, development, and creative skills to create engaging online content.
  • Create self-paced eLearning modules.
  • Address changes and feedback to courses in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to communicate ideas and design decisions and receive feedback from stakeholders
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and end to end process to develop and deliver enablement via multiple modalities and deployment methods
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience and /or Instructional Design degree or Training Development certificate
  • Experience with creative development and eLearning authoring software (i.e., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar, Camtasia, HTML5, AfterEffects, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Portfolio or examples of work with a proven understanding of visual design
  • Experience developing sales-specific curriculum preferably for a technology-based company
  • Expert level PowerPoint skills
  • Participation in recognized training industry organizations (i. e. Association for Talent Development) strongly preferred.
  • Experience recording/editing audio and video
