Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology was launched in 2019 after a seed funding round of 10M$, backed by European investors and entrepreneurs such as Xavier Niel, Marc Simoncini, Alven, Firstminute capital.
MISSION
As we continue to grow the brand in the DACH Market, we are on a mission to make the brand and quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a paid influence manager.
- Managing campaigns: seeding, negotiating, planning, sending products, briefing, monitoring delivery
- Reporting and analyzing the success and performance of our campaigns and activations (quantitative and qualitative)
- Handling smartly a consequent monthly budget to share between channels and verticals
- Managing an Agency: Daily communication, managing their budget and performance
- Staying up to date with trends and news in the industry and competitors while identifying opportunities for us and our international team
OUTCOMES
- Scale up our (paid) influence collaborations for Typology in Germany
- Identify best performers and secure longterm contracts
- Constantly find new faces to represent our brand
- Increase the ROI and the success rate of our influence collaborations
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Native German and fluent in English
- 2-4 years experience working as an Influence Manager, ideally for a D2C brand in the beauty/fashion or lifestyle industry
- Analytics: knowledge of influence analytics and tools (tracking, CPM, ROI, audience measuring), ability to manage and keep track of a budget
- Knowledge of Social media Platforms and understanding what works on which format (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Growth mindset: you have a proven experience in scaling paid operations for a company or clients
- Knowledge and Connection of the Influencers Community in Germany, ideally in the Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle Industry
- Commercial & relational: Ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection
- Detail oriented: you dont lose sight of the small but meaningful details, while overseeing big campaigns
