Implementation Specialist - SMB

DeepScribe is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Success Team. The Implementation Specialist will own the initial relationship with the clinician, providing them with a smooth experience throughout the onboarding process. 

What you’ll do

The Implementation Specialst is responsible for successfully onboarding the customer and ensuring early adoption.  You will welcome the clinician to DeepScribe, train them on the various aspects of the platform, help them customize their initial environment, and assist in linking their EHR to DeepScribe. 

Your impact

• You’ll maximize time to value for our customers, enabling them to utilize all aspects of their new solution
• You’ll act as the subject matter expert to promote a seamless integration of our technology into our customers existing technology stack
• Enable our customers by developing note customizations, streamlining their operations
• Partner internally with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver advanced features for customers
• Review notes with specialists to provide advanced training and suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges
• Position yourself as a customer advocate to deliver a satisfying experience

About You

• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• You have a passion for creating a world-class experience for customers
• You are technologically savvy and willing to learn integration details for several EHRs
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
• You care deeply about your work, and believe in the importance of leveraging technology to improve patient care
• You’re extremely organized, document well, and communicate well both verbally and in writing
• You’re proactive, anticipate challenges, and act on these instincts

Salary, Perks, and Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000
