To achieve the required levels of State of Service (SOS) as specified by the Customer Service Manager/Service Team Leader
To be aware of potential sales opportunities on the service area and pass on leads weekly for sales
To create and maintain good communications with all your customers at all times To call at customers sites at regular intervals as directed by the Daily schedule and the Service Team Leader
To ensure that all units serviced are in full working order, clean and contain the appropriate preparation
To install or remove products as required by the Customer Service Manager/Service Team leader. All such work will be on your schedule for the day.
To ensure that the customers site is left clean, tidy and all service waste/packaging is removed upon completion of the job and disposed of within the depot
To ensure that the customers signature is obtained on each service visit and on the installation/removal worksheets
To carry out any urgent servicing of all Healthcare products as may be required from time to time and ensure that the customer signature is collected on the mobile service report.
To organise, in conjunction with the Service Team leader, their own service area to achieve maximum efficiency within each service route by achieving SOS in excess of 97%.
To accurately make returns as required by the Service Team leader
To carry out servicing, installations or removals on other service areas within the branch as required from to time to time
Requirements
Essential qualities and experience
Valid General Driver’s License over 5 years
Reside in the parish of Trelawny St. James, Westmoreland
Good verbal and writing communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Digital Savvy – Able to utilise Apps on Smartphones
Ability to establish first time contact with customers & develop customer relationship. Education Experience
Certificate Training in Customer Services
5 years’ General Driver’s experience
