GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HUGO (High Utilizers Group Outreach) team lead works under the supervision of the Program Administrator of Crisis services and provides oversight and support during the scheduled shifts of the High Utilizer Group and Outreach (HUGO) Team. This position provides and oversees team approach to community-based outreach services in order to connect with those who frequently utilize higher acuity options in order to build rapport and connect with appropriate behavioral health services. This position is responsible for embracing partnerships with law enforcement, hospitals, and other stakeholders in order to ensure effective referrals and co-response efforts. The HUGO team lead promotes flexibility and innovation in response options in order to meet the needs of those served and the inherent need of crisis diversion efforts. Team lead serves as the expert of all service delivery and can train, model, and oversee all service delivery of their team members by modeling crisis intervention skills, utilizing knowledge of resources to connect individuals with the most appropriate service options, and monitor caseload assignment of HUGO team members. Team lead provides support to ensure staff fully understand their clinical expectations and are maintaining service excellence and accurate documentation. Team lead will consist of observation and co-response, ongoing documentation, and chart reviews, individual and/or group supervisions. This position works closely with MCOT staff, Crisis Center staff, Diversion program, and Intensive services teams to ensure appropriate connection to ongoing services post crisis episode.

BENEFITS
Salary Range: $56,000 per year (Salary range dependent on licensure and experience.)
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM (Flexibility in hours necessary to meet programming and staffing needs.)
