Responsible for strategy development and implementation of the action plan in the area of ​​Employer Branding • Responsible for the strategy and online presence - social media of the Automotive SLP location • Responsible for developing the strategy and implementing the action plan in the area of ​​Internal and External Communication ▪ Responsible for developing the collaboration strategy with partner educational institutions: universities and high schools: partnerships and events, Ambassador Program, conferences, competitions, Summer Internship for Students, Annual Internship Program, career fairs, Conti Days ▪ Coordinates the internal and external communication activity: newsletter, press relations, Intranet: location page and HR page, posting of announcements (in newspaper, internet, intranet), social media, e-mails to the organization. ▪ Coordinates the Marketing segment: prepares brochures, branding materials, posters, pictures and films ▪ Responsible for organizing and participating in events (Family Day, Christmas Party, football championships, etc), CSR campaigns and organizing visits. ▪ Responsible for the budget allocated to the area ▪ Provides support and know-how in all HR activities ▪ Promotes corporate values ​​and organizational culture through the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures ▪ Assumes the role of project coordinator in various initiatives in the area of ​​HR

▪ Coordinates the annual performance evaluation process ▪ Organize meetings with the team in order to monitor performance, motivate the team, give and receive feedback, discuss the professional path and establish an action plan if necessary. ▪ Employee motivation and retention; escalation to the direct superior of problems that require a high degree of involvement / decision. ▪ Ensuring that the technical and software skills of the employees are at the level required by the position they occupy; setting objectives and proposing training programs for each employee. ▪ Establishing the induction plan for new employees and ensuring its complete completion. ▪ Responsible for identifying and populating open positions in his area. ▪ Responsible for disciplinary actions and the presence at work of the employees in his team. " ▪ Responsible to take note of and comply with the client-specific requirements implemented in the internal processes "▪ Acts in accordance with the legislation in force regarding work security  also with the rules of internal order, own health and safety instructions at work as well as with the internal operating procedures and instructions belonging to the management system (Occupational Health and Safety). ▪ Acts with responsibility towards the environment and energy efficiency in accordance with the demands of the applicable law and other requirements, in accordance with the internal requirements included in the manual of quality, environment, safety and health at work, energy, as well as the internal operating procedures and instructions.

-Responsible for contributing to the strategy to maintain and improve the organizational culture of the Automotive plant according to the values ​​of Continental AG.

Support: 

- Acts as a talent scout in the organization and provokes positive changes in the talent management
- Drives readiness of talent through proper succession planning in line with the business needs
- Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees in talent and performance management processes in accordance with country specific legal regulations, CoE guidance, and company guidelines
- Ensures execution of talent management measures
- Derives trends in development needs, alerts organization to critical areas for succession planning, etc.
- Supports local programs (e.g. Onboarding, talent development)
- Guides execution of TMOD Initiatives and measures (e.g. Project management) in area of responsibility

Communication & Design tools

Facilitator skills at all levels of the organization (from staff to senior management) both in large and small groups

More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing Industries.
