 How does the role look like? 

InMobi is looking for HR lead in business partnering function of People & Culture team. If you are looking for a role where one will be involved in a wide array of Talent management practices, driving operational excellence and building an empowering employee experience, this role may be for you. InMobi has a 3P philosophy whereby it starts with focusing on growing people which leads to growing products and profits. In this role, one will be challenged to unblock people and teams to their best potential.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Business Partnering team, this role has 3 key aspects: 1) implementation of people & culture priorities for the assigned teams; 2) enabling data-driven practices for talent management 3) strengthening employee experience. 

  • Understand the entire gamut of talent management system and support the implementation of people processes and initiatives for the assigned teams. This includes but are not restricted to onboarding & assimilation, performance management, annual reviews, payroll, pulse surveys and exit management.  
  • For the assigned teams, be the primary point of contact for the employees/ managers for any talent programs. Actively solicit bottom-up feedback and diagnose gaps on employee experience/ engagement and team effectiveness, leading to critical insights for action.
  • Create plans to improve efficiencies on employee lifecycle processes and partner with cross functional teams for implementation.
  • Provide operational support to the HR business partnering team, primarily on data management and implementing COE led people programs.
  • Monthly reporting to track key people metrices and derive actionable insights for opportunities or risks. This includes analysis of demography, pulse surveys, hiring and attrition.
  • Ensure hygiene of employee data by updating HR records and conducting periodic reviews
  • Contribute towards creating employee experiences which strengthens one’s sense of belonging, inclusion, and motivation.
  • Monitor the "pulse" of the employees/ teams through a combination of ways.

What is expected out of you?

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in delivering People processes and programs as part of entire employee life cycle, keeping the focus on employee experience and organizational goals. Master’s degree in the related field is highly preferred.
  • Led small to medium complex projects.
  • Highly preferred- experience with performance management programs/ processes and annual salary reviews.
  • High on ownership and achievement orientation.
  • Good at listening and articulating clearly.
  • Good team player.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to derive key actionable insights.
  • Good at driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
