We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Linz, Austria site to manage the full employee lifecycle and, working with the Managing Director and leadership teams to develop the people strategy to support continued business growth. You will work in an international environment and have opportunities for growth in a growing company and region.
Responsibilities...
- You will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of site HR activities.
- Proactive management and support of all HR topics as a sparring partner at eye level for the management as well as the employees.
- Responsible for the entire employee life cycle (including legal issues) from recruiting and on boarding to development and off boarding
- Co-responsibility for the design, further development and implementation of existing instruments as well as corresponding new methods and instruments of HR management
- Active participation in various local HR projects/HR initiatives and/or implementation of strategic group-wide HR projects
- Support of organizational development projects including workshop moderation
- There is also a strong focus around capability development, retention and succession across the site.
More about you...
- Completed business education (preferably business studies) with a focus on HR management or comparable education in the field of human resources management
- Significant experience in a HR Manager role, ideally within a logistics, retail or manufacturing environment underpinned with recruitment experience from sourcing to selection
- People management experience
- Experience dealing with complex Employee Relations issues
- Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change
- Excellent knowledge of German and English

Salary: A performance-oriented gross monthly salary for this position of at least 4000€, depending on relevant qualifications and experience plus excellent benefits
Working pattern: Monday to Friday on site – Linz, up to 2 days per week home work.
