Yep, that’s right. This HR and Operations Graduate Scheme will allow you to work in a team which is saving lives across the globe.

Most people haven’t heard of Track24 before, however we have been covertly saving lives for the last 18 years, and are looking to continue expanding our commercial team, following the launch of our AtlasNXT software which is currently being used in Ukraine to help mitigate risk, improve safety and save lives.

You will get to explore all areas of our HR and Operations function, including, but not limited to, recruitment and onboarding, project support and legal contract drafting.

You will develop the skills and knowledge to help enhance our internal processes and support our continued growth. This is a unique experience, and you will get the opportunity to learn from field experts, as you help support us in enabling the future success of our organisation.

As the team continues to scale, your role will grow in responsibilities, giving you the chance to spearhead your own development within HR.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting Job Descriptions and Job Adverts to assist with our hiring campaigns
• Supporting cultural and competency interviews where needed
• Assisting on drafting employment and other legal contracts
• Ensuring the organisation and smooth running of all HR led internal events.
• Identifying and responding to trends within client groups (e.g. reasons for leaving, difficulties within teams).
• Ensuring internal and external processes remain ISO27001 compliant
• Assisting with internal projects centred around Data Security, Compliance and auditing
• Supporting with business improvement projects

Requirements

We are keen to find someone who has completed a BSc, BA, or LLB in Business, Economics, English Literature, International Relations, Law or equivalent as well as gaining work experience either through internships, part-time work, or a work placement during their degree program.
