Each summer Crocs & HEYDUDE invites people from all over the nation to be a part of a unique experience and work with our amazing teams. You’ll get the chance to be a part of something impactful and exciting over the course of 10 weeks, all while getting paid, meeting new friends, and learning the ins and outs of what makes us one of a kind
The Demand Planning Intern will be responsible for working on Projects related to Demand Planning and cross functional teams (Supply, Sales, Product Development, Product Management, Merchandising, Customer Service, Business Operations). Projects will be based a weekly SIOP cadence. The goal is to be better understating how the Demand Team functions and operates with every department int the organization.
This intern program will be hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
· Learn about the fundamentals of Demand Planning
· Understand SIOP process; support cross functional teams
· Assist the Demand Planning Senior Manager
· Conduct research on monthly sell-thru performance on new product launches versus sales forecast and Last Year
· Make recommendations on carryover and drops based on historical performance
· Pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university in business or related major
· General understanding of Demand and Supply concepts
· General understanding of excel
· Exposure to Forecasting
· Interest in working cross functionally
· Ability to adapt to change, problem solving skills, willingness to accept feedback, shows initiative, comfortable with public speaking)
