Each summer Crocs & HEYDUDE invites people from all over the nation to be a part of a unique experience and work with our amazing teams. You’ll get the chance to be a part of something impactful and exciting over the course of 10 weeks, all while getting paid, meeting new friends, and learning the ins and outs of what makes us one of a kind.
This role will support the Sr. Manager Product Development – Materials, in building out the Materials Toolbox for the Product Creation Team. The project will assess and review the needs of the Design Creative Toolbox and translate it into Material needs. Then through rigorous analysis of Supplier KPIs capabilities and KPIS the team will build a Tier 2 Supply Chain to meet the Sourcing strategy. This role will also take on any additional Seasonal Material and Print Development as requested by the Product Design and Development teams in partnership with Material Vendors.
This intern program will be hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
· The project will assess and review the needs of the Design Creative Toolbox and translate it into Material needs

· In addition, you will need to take on any additional Seasonal Material and Print Development as requested by the Product Design and Development teams in partnership with Material Vendors.
· In office as needed (3-5 days a week)
· Pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university in Industrial Design, Textile Engineering or related major
· General understanding of Textile Manufacturing
· Fluency in excel and data analysis a plus!
· Proven project management and problem-solving experience.
