Each summer Crocs & HEYDUDE invites people from all over the nation to be a part of a unique experience and work with our amazing teams. You’ll get the chance to be a part of something impactful and exciting over the course of 10 weeks, all while getting paid, meeting new friends, and learning the ins and outs of what makes us one of a kind.
The candidate will support various tasks and provide different analysis for HD Finance (both Brand FP&A and Digital FP&A). Deliverables will include producing and distributing daily sales/KPI reporting, performing analysis that aids in decision support, developing presentation quality deliverables to Finance and Commercial leadership, and producing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
This intern program will be hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
· Support the delivery of key FP&A activities (ex. reporting, ad-hoc analysis, variance analysis, etc.)
· Assist with cross functional projects as needed
· Create, organize, and update master data sets
· Learn how FP&A helps drive decision making for the business at large
· Enhance technical skillset (excel, various systems, etc.)
· Pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university in finance, accounting, or economics
· General understanding of accounting principles
· Proficient in MS Office (excel, ppt, word)
· The ability to adapt to changing priorities and the desire to problem solve
