Job Summary
To act as a professional representative whilst providing customer service excellence in the delivery of Initial Hygiene services, ensuring 100% state of service whilst delivering a quality of service that exceeds customer expectations.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Service
- Complete planned customer visits, perform all scheduled service requirements and obtain proof of service by way of signature on mobile device.
- Ensure that the quality of service is in accordance with the Initial Hygiene service protocols.
- Completed servicing is inclusive of and not limited to the following:
- Sanitary
- Air sanitisers
- Soaps
- Anti-bacterial units
- Hand sanitizers
- Hand-dryers
- Sharps units
- Insect repellent
- Hand towel dispensers
- Descales of Toilets and Urinals
- Mats
- Sanitisers
- Steam cleans
- Other products and services as requested by your Managers
- Submit all paperwork at the end of each week as required
- Ensure that customers receive timely and prompt servicing.
- The company vehicle should be kept clean and maintained at all times. You will be required to clean the vehicle inside and out.
- Organise and appropriately store the required amount of stock required to complete customer visits/assigned runs
- Ensure that all service equipment and PPE is clean and well maintained
- Presentable appearance and ensure uniform is worn to meet company standard
Communication - Liaise with customers and work colleagues to establish service requirements and provide information, assurance and advice as required.
- Communicate all service issues in a timely manner to the Local Service Manager or Operations Manager.
- Attend meetings when requested
Customer Service - Respond to customer queries efficiently and promptly.
- Report any EFR faults and/or damage to the Operations Manager - Hygiene immediately.
- Be aware of customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve service standards and customer satisfaction, reporting these to the Operations Manager - Hygiene
Sales- Working in conjunction with the sales team in your area, generate sales leads from customers for new or additional business.

Qualifications and Experience
At least three (3) CXC ‘O’ Levels
Experience in driving a manual transmission vehicle
