We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in Prague or the EMEA markets to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Our Sales team is in its infancy so we are looking for a person that has experience working in a scaling startup within the SaaS industry. You will be responsible for maximizing our Sales team potential, crafting sales plans and reporting strategy and outcomes to the leadership team.
This role will work remotely and manage a remote-mainly sales team. The successful candidate will be able to travel on-site to our headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic approximately 2-3 days per month to join sales and report into leadership team meetings.
What you'll do
- Achieve growth goals and sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team. You will be a hands-on player coach responsible for driving revenue growth in a remote-mainly environment managing and individual and team quota.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that scales Keboola’s customer base with a focus on expanding our present landscape from Czech Republic and CEE to the United Kingdom/Ireland and the Nordics. Build out a framework to scale UK/I territory growth.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in a flat hierarchy.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs while selling on value.
- Present sales, revenue and forecast reports to the leadership team. Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure Keboola is responsive to the customer throughout the entire journey.
- Identify emerging markets and stay aware of market changes, new products and competitors.
The skills and experience you need to have
- Fluent in English with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager or team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer experience in the United Kingdom/Ireland is required with the ability to map out regions and industries. CEE territory experience is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; with the ability to review data and make modifications based on outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with SaaS industry/subscription based expertise (with a preference for a background in data, cloud or data operations).

- In the first 30 days make an audit of existing tools and resources and build an actionable plan for requirements.
