Codemotion - IT outsourcing company with already 80 Ninjas and we keep on growing. We deliver Web and Mobile Apps with JavaScript full stack for foreign customers. We prefer to work by Scrum and with Time & Material model.
We expect that you know your responsibilities better than we do, that’s why there is no need to list them :) In general, we want to find a person, who will be responsible for:
- Delivery
- Current flow improvement
- New processes implementation
- PM team (5 Project Managers) organization and leading
You know everything else, what you’re to do and we’re open to your initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PM experience (including outsource)
- 2+ years on Head of PM or Team Lead position
- Knowledge and using the best management practices/approaches
- Ability to manage people and build relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of business priorities and performing based on them
- Ability to drive issues towards completion
