We have recently launched our ambitious product Time2play with a planned scope and scale never seen before in the iGaming industry.

Time2play.com will offer a true transformation of how consumers end up choosing their online casino or sportsbook - and prospectively many more types of products and services. It is an honest recommendation portal with a long-term vision to compete with Google itself as the place gamblers start their iGaming journeys.

Our Offer

For that purpose, we are searching for a Head of PR.

The iGaming niche is a highly competitive one, where only the best teams manage to consistently stay at the top. We have recently started the process of creating a new one from scratch: A multidisciplinary, empowered team consisting of some of the best talents worldwide in their fields.

The team works autonomously within the existing company. Benefitting from the existing culture, knowledge and stability of KaFe Rocks, whilst also getting the chance at moving and learning at the speed of an agile startup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable, high-quality organic PR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and initiatives
  • Leading, training, and hiring the PR department at Time2Play (currently consisting of 4 team members). Provide coaching and guidance to team members to build their digital PR skills and knowledge
  • Accountability for the success of all PRg initiatives and their commercial impact (content campaigns, general PR and branding, social media, and more) in initially 5 core markets - 30+ markets within 2 years
  • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders in the digital PR space
  • Developing scalable, effective, and efficient department structures and processes
  • Plan, design and deliver campaigns in English speaking market, including developing content, plan media lists for outreach and getting your campaign published
    Ensuring we successfully reverse-engineer the best strategies from competitors and learn from the good and bad among them
  • At the same time, staying innovative and continuously identify opportunities that no one else has grabbed so far
  • Utilize digital PR tools and platforms to monitor media coverage, track metrics, and measure the impact of digital PR campaigns
  • Stay current with emerging digital PR trends and technologies and recommend new tools, techniques, and strategies for achieving business goals
  • Being a core player in the Time2play management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Heads of Content, Off-page SEO, HR, Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure a cohesive and effective digital PR program

Requirements

      You have the right general background if you…

      • Have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams
      • Bring extensive experience in creating, leading, and delivering organic campaigns and digital PR
      • Already have strong media relations and are continuously building your network, especially within the US market
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      • Technical expertise in digital PR tools and platforms, including monitoring, tracking, and measurement tools
      • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate business goals into effective digital PR campaigns
      • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      • Bring solid knowledge of web analytics and CRM software and are comfortable working with large datasets focused on a single, multi-market domain
      • Love exploring and testing new tools and measuring their impact on the result
      • Have detailed insights into how SEO influences digital PR
