As an innovative visionary, you will lead a great team of 50 engineers, using the most efficient technology to solve user problems, setting a strong culture, and having the opportunity to impact the health of hundreds of millions of people.

What You’ll Do:

• Initiating and implementing AI/ML solutions to improve company performance;
• Leadership, management and the role of the playing coach in the Data Science team;
• Building an ML infrastructure and developing an efficient stack for delivering ML projects to prod together with a team of engineers;
• Assisting business teams by developing AI/ML solutions and providing appropriate advice;
• Support product teams in developing an artificial intelligence/ML strategy for their products;
• Helps to increase competence and awareness in the field of artificial intelligence/ML in product teams;
• Keep an overview of new and emerging AI/ML technologies and brief senior management and product terms about their potential impact on the business.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years’ experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining or artificial intelligence;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Strong business experience in driving AI solutions (ability of being the bridge between business and ml-engineers);
• Consistent record of successful ML projects;
• Proficient in the use of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps;
• Desirable: familiarity with cloud environments i.e. AWS;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and project management skills to articulate the approach, progress and delivery of the data science team, engineering and business teams.
