What you’ll do:

Be the ultimate sales partner: Develop a deep understanding of our B2B sales process and pipeline and build marketing, content, and production pipelines that enable sales every step of the way.

Multichannel inbound marketing: Deliver results and brand consistency across all channels including digital, multimedia, and print. Manage content and SEO strategy of our online presence and work with B2B customers on co-branded launch communications and marketing.

Live and breath data: Mastery of industry standard data tools and can set up the right frameworks to optimize conversion funnels. Be an evangelist of data and work with designers, developers, and content creators to build a marketing machine backed by data that delivers results

Build brand loyalty: Ensure our product’s onboarding experience and marketing materials support conversion and retention of customers at every touchpoint. Work with product and sales to keep customers and internal stakeholders engaged with new product releases and user research.

Own the brand: Define our story, brand, and image in a way that represents our company vision and speaks deeply to our customers. You will work with in-house or agency designers to take our brand to the next level.

Craft content that slaps: Help Rain stand out from our competitors and add creative flavor and appeal that hooks a wide audience

Marketing and Creative leadership: Manage and develop exceptional creative talent. Help your team grow in their careers and support them to do their best work

Collaborate, communicate, and quality control: Collaborate with teams to maintain design consistency across marketing and product. Ensure that any asset going public meets a high standard of brand excellence.
You should have:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Marketing, Design or equivalent work experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your capabilities as a creative director
- Experience developing marketing and brand strategy for B2B and B2C
- Experience creating and managing marketing/advertising campaigns
- Understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
- Proven experience with concept development, storyboarding, pitching and achieving alignment with leadership and stakeholders
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
- Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
