We are looking for our next Head of Marketing to join us in our London office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital marketing agency professional, have experience within the technology space, excellent inter-personal, leadership, commercial and organisational skills.
 
We need someone who has a strategic and hands-on approach. You will work with the wider marketing team to deliver multichannel brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, acting as our clients go to marketing expert advising them how to make the most form their marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients to establish objectives, goals and challenges and leading the strategic output
  • Design marketing programmes, campaigns and creative briefs
  • Present strategic plans and proposals to clients
  • Development of strategic brand awareness and lead generation marketing plans, providing consultative support to our clients
  • Plan and execute client strategies, including reviewing campaigns and providing solutions that deliver enhanced performance
  • Creation and delivery of inbound and outbound marketing deliverables including email marketing, SEO, SMM, SEM, paid social, content creation and websites
  • Understand our clients revenues and profitability
  • Regular reviews of existing clients accounts including analysis of programme and campaign performance and recommendations for the future
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end planning process on your clients, ensuring quality of output, creativity and campaign structure
  • Confidently report on client account revenues, possible growth opportunities and manage the production, analysis and presentation of marketing reports
  • Help develop skills and knowledge of internal team and direct reports through personal development, running quarterly and annual staff appraisals, and conducting regular training and coaching where required
  • Be an escalation point for your team members
  • Monthly meetings to review accounts and scope upsell opportunities alongside Head of Revenue

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years B2B marketing experience
  • Previous experience in the IT Channel (at an MSP, Reseller, Distributor or Vendor) preferable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A good listener and strategic thinker
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A team player who has previously worked in a collaborative environment
  • Experience of working in a client service focused, B2B position
  • Confident presenter at a 1:1 and group level both internal and external
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritiesPrevious experience working in a marketing agency would be desirable
  • Experience of managing C-Suite level conversations and relationships
  • Experience of working with marketing automation tools, HubSpot highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, accurate and precise in working methods
  • Able to work under pressure, on several priorities at once, and with tight deadlines
  • A critical and analytical thinker who’s able to look at things from different angles and solve problems

Salary: £55k - £75k
This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to be in our London office (Oxford Circus) 2-3 days a week
