Employment Hero recently launched the Employment Hero Partner Network. Thousands of accountants, bookkeepers and consultancies are already signed up to sell Employment Hero through our legacy payroll brand. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the charge!

We have some big growth plans for 2023. Reporting to our Global Marketing Director, this pivotal new role will help us scale our sales and marketing engine.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Employment Hero Partner Network in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and the UK from the top 200 accounting firms in each market
• Drive strong relationships with existing partners in each market, including introducing them our wider product set
• Continuously assess and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Lead a growing team of marketing experts
• Enhance our understanding of target audiences, build a plan and execute with precision
• Work with Commercial Operations, Growth Marketing and Product Teams to develop an effective and scalable marketing technology stack
• Work closely with the wider marketing team, including Brand & Content, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Insights
• Collaborate with other teams within the business, including Product, Sales, Commercial Operations and CX

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and detail-oriented
• Proven client or agency-side experience (minimum 9 years total, including 4 years leading a team) in a fast-paced marketing environment
  
• Hands on best practice knowledge of digital marketing channels (such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, Social Media, Affiliate and Email)
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology such as Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reporting campaign effectiveness
• Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment
