About the role:
Purpose: The Head of Growth will lead the charge in developing and executing a growth strategy to increase awareness and acquire new client leads for YLD.
What you’ll be doing in the role:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy that includes all aspects of marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Supporting and mentoring a high-performing Marketing Team to execute the growth strategy.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Team to develop an effective lead generation and qualification processes.
- Continuously analysing and optimising marketing campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
- Developing and executing a content marketing strategy that positions YLD as a thought leader in the industry.
- Using data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
About You
- Experienced in a growth or marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth for a B2B company.
- Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Experience with a range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work effectively in a team and on solo tasks
- Able to influence and persuade others of your arguments
- A natural leader and manager
- Able to explain complex ideas in a simple manner, and break down detailed strategies into deliverable action plans
