What you'll be doing
Sensible is seeking an experienced, hands-on B2B growth marketer to develop, lead and execute its marketing strategy in support of Sensible’s Weather Guarantee product, with the goal of accelerating the Revenue Organization’s efforts to onboard new platform partnerships and activate their travel, hospitality, and event merchants. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of strategic thinking, leadership, creativity, communication skills, analytical chops, and operational hustle.
This role will be accountable for all marketing activity that supports driving adoption of Sensible’s Weather Guarantee product across our target markets, developing B2B marketing collateral, partner success stories, white papers, infographics, and other external-facing sales enablement assets. A successful Head of Growth will embed with sales, partnerships, and product teams alike. The role requires comfort with direct B2B sales, as well as nurturing relationships with prospective enterprise partners in Sensible’s target markets. Moreover, this role will require extensive experience working with product teams to develop accurate and succinct external-facing collateral, completing the feedback loop from product → sales → product.
We’re looking for seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, marketing-focused business leader with proven ability to clearly communicate novel software solutions to a diverse range of enterprise and SMB partner targets, execute and quantitatively measure a cohesive marketing and communications strategy across a wide range of online and offline touch-points, managing cross-functional teams, external agencies, and marketing automation vendors as needed.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing and operations experience in a technical SaaS or financial services business with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Highly organized with a key attention to detail.
- Experience with content marketing campaigns and development of product marketing collateral, working with internal design teams and external agency partners.
- Outstanding communication and effective presentations skills needed to represent Sensible at a senior level to prospective enterprise merchant partners as well as provide detailed feedback from partners back to internal cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Analytical: Understands P&L and quantitative levers used by our merchants as well as key indicators to drive sales performance and quickly identify roadblocks and remove them. Creative strategic thinker who can deep dive on data analysis.
- Outgoing teammate who enjoys working cross-functionally and establishing links within the organization.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce business models and comfort in a technical environment is essential.
- Proactive problem solver who can handle ambiguity and change.
