Overview

Our EMEA team is hiring a Head of Growth with hands-on influencer marketing strategy and content  experience to join our growing business development team. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will be responsible for scaling Growth operations, driving strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability, and delivering on ambitious revenue goals with a focus on our Social category. You will build relationships within the company, cross-functionally with executives and as an effective people manager that is able to set goals and maximize effectiveness of the Growth teams. You will sit at the center of dozens of pitches, and will demonstrate the ability to guide with best practices on a variety of projects focusing on influencer marketing and social media but also will look for opportunities in other Media.Monks categories including e-commerce, experiential, emerging tech, and film projects.

A typical day for you might include

  • Pipeline development and customer acquisition activities, including direct sales, partnerships and cross-selling.
  • Identifying areas of new opportunity within current client relationships and designing strategies with the Regional Head of Growth and account leadership to expand within the account
  • Identifying, assessing, developing and prospecting leads
  • Working with the production and operations teams on prospective deals to ensure accurate bids, compelling value propositions and a frictionless deal environment with minimal support from the Regional Head of Growth 
  • Achieving revenue targets as set forth by the Regional Head of Growth, which is the primary measurement of success for this role

This job is for you if you have

  • 10+ years of experience in new business, strategic accounts, or partnerships role for a high growth organization
  • 5+ years of agency experience is in a top creative agency or production company
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and executive level prospects
  • 10+ years of experience working in social media and influencer marketing strategy and production delivery. 
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product initiatives and develop partnerships
  • Experience leading the creation of proposals for complex deals and projects 
  • A passion for the technology and innovation markets and are adept at following trends and speaking about their impact on companies and products
  • Fluid written and spoken English communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and clients alike
  • Strong presentation skills, you can represent MediaMonks by showcasing our cases, capabilities and culture in client meetings
