The Founderpath team is 10 people today. We're focused on helping 30,000 bootstrapped SaaS founders get non-dilutive capital overnight. Our investors include some of the worlds top SaaS founders like Henry Schuck at ZoomInfo ($10b market cap), Giles Palmer of Brandwatch ($500m exit), and Pat Condon of Rackspace ($4b exit) along with 56 other “super angels”- We’ve raised $14m from them to date. 

We plan to put out $1b+ to SaaS founders over the next 12-36 months. We'll be one of the largest backers of SaaS founders globally measured by dollars deployed.

Founderpath is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to work directly with founder Nathan Latka. You’ll be expected to work on strategic items like signing up 10,000 founders, helping founders understand how to use Founderpath capital, making product changes that lead to more viral growth. 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Add to our list of 30,000 SaaS companies and run outbound campaigns to these founders to introduce them to Founderpath tools
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns ($10-$20k/mo) including copy writing, weekly ad changes, identifying new keywords to target
  • Talk to at least 5 founders each week so we can eat/drink/breathe their same problems/figure out how to solve
  • Manage dashboards in Hubspot, Google Ads to answer questions like: How many qualified leads did we get from paid ads in the last 7 days? Is this ad spend profitable?
  • Think of new, out of the box, creative campaigns to drive growth
  • Enjoy studying other companies growing fast to figure out if tactics they use could apply to our business
  • Work closely with our management team to determine long-term growth strategy by supporting the development of company-wide OKRs and tracking of the progress of all internal business metrics

You're a good fit if you have these traits:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing (bonus if previously at a SaaS company)
  • Creativity to come up with experiments (ad copy/creative) and quickly make changes based off what worked
  • Experience working directly with company Founder and management team (first 25 employees)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to document and teach key processes to others
  • Experience at a Fintech company a plus
