Head of Facility Management

▪ Allocate the right people to the right positions and support them to develop     
▪ Lead FM team to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness                      

▪ Lead FM team to make all the facilities work on an economically and safety basis                                

▪ Continue maintaining the relevant documentation as required by improvement activities                                                                                                                                    ▪ ▪ Prepare and manage annual budget to achieve corporate target

▪ Responsible for constant communication in FM department and refer the CIM

▪ Implement the correlative job for all quality system

▪Achieve sustainable target through digital solution

Education / Certification: Bachelor degree or higher in Facility Management or equivalent

Professional Experience: 8 years of working experiences within FM in a larger company, manufactory preferred
Leadership Experience: leading a team of 10 people and more
