The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The China Head of Agency role is a customer-facing position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. As the lead for the Greater China Market, you will be responsible for driving the growth of MOLOCO's agency business in the region, working closely with the country head and other in-country leads to align global sales priorities and implement business strategies. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners across GTM, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to design, deploy, and execute new strategies that drive Moloco’s growth through partnerships in Greater China. You will lead a team of agency business managers and drive transformational sales deals with end advertisers. Your ability to understand the needs of our agency partners and deliver impactful solutions will be key to building and maintaining MOLOCO's reputation among senior strategic agency partners.

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

  • Lead the implementation of business strategies to drive the growth of MOLOCO's agency business in the Greater China Market.
  • Identify business development opportunities and establish strong relationships with key agency influencers and decision makers. Oversee the negotiation of complex agency agreements to successful completion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to develop and implement a strategy for building partnerships and maximizing growth.
  • Develop programs to improve agency experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates. 
  • Represent MOLOCO at industry events and interface with key executives in the advertising community.
  • Innovate and problem-solve to drive change and impact in a constantly changing and growing market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications: (Absolute must haves - years of experience)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.
  • Experience in leadership and people management.

Preferred: : (Nice to have)

  • Experience in effective sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the media agency business.
  • Established and recognized profile/relationships in the Greater China market.
  • Ability to drive actionable insights and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, land and scale success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
