We are currently looking for a highly driven and motivated Head, Logistics Supply & Engagement (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. You will be responsible for supporting the APAC countries to provide a better experience to our customers through more efficient logistics.
Key responsibilities:
- Our rider partners are the reason we could reach the impressive scale we have today. As the Head for Supply & Engagement, you will lead the team which enables our rider partners to continue to deliver love to our customers.
- In this role, you will define and execute initiatives in line with our Rider Branding, making sure our actions and the projects we work on are consistent with our value proposition to riders.
- You will manage two teams:
- Rider Supply Growth, responsible for enabling foodpanda’s growth by ensuring we have the right amount of riders on the platform. Rider Supply Growth is also in charge of Supply Marketing initiatives, and runs our Panda Rider Shop, the e-commerce platform for foodpanda riders.
- Rider Operations & Engagement, responsible for enabling a seamless working experience for our partner riders while delivering, and off-shift. Rider Operations & Engagement provides riders with the necessary tools to perform their duties (rider app, payment wallets, etc.), and creates love for the brand amongst the fleet. This is the team behind both our rider support program, and our rider loyalty program.
- You will work at a regional scale to improve performance across our 11 markets in APAC.
- The scope for this role includes:
- Rider Loyalty program, our rewards program for rider partners who relentlessly contribute to our success;
- Panda Rider Shop, our e-commerce platform for foodpanda riders, where riders can redeem prizes, obtain their equipment, and more;
- Rider wallet solutions, the tool used to collect payments from customers, and receive service fees for delivering;
- Rider Supply Marketing, including the initiatives to generate leads, improve conversion and activation of those interested in joining our rider partner fleet;
- Rider Support Program;
- Partnerships & Benefits for riders;
- and other Rider Branding initiatives.
Key requirements:
- You have at least 6 to 10 years of work experience in a high growth startup or an equivalent fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
- You are customer-centric. Experience in a Customer (Rider) Experience role is a plus.
- Team management is in your DNA. You can inspire your team to excel at their job.

- You are data driven, and consistently rely on testing for decision making.
