Russia is currently one of the hottest startup hubs in the world, and could soon become a serious contender to Silicon Valley. With several billion dollar companies already operating from Russia, including Yandex and Mail.ru, as well as huge VC activity through Sequoia Capital's $100M fund, it's easy to see why people would want to work there now.
