As a Growth Marketer at Tridge, you will be instrumental in establishing a solid foundation to enable us to achieve rapid and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans for growth, account-based, or paid media marketing while working collaboratively with other teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and implement growth strategies or tactics through effective cross-functional collaboration
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure strategies and plans are in sync
- Plan and execute growth marketing, account-based marketing, and paid media initiatives or campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing professionals and a team of creatives to deliver innovative marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns
- Unify the company around the growth strategy and tactics
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and maintain best practices
Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing, or related areas
- Proven ability to launch marketing campaigns that get results
- Proven ability to come up with ideas for achieving growth
- Proven ability to plan, execute and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent knowledge of growth marketing or marketing in general
- Excellent analytical thinking and creativity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to conduct market research and derive insights
- Ability to perform data analysis and derive insights
- Ability to collaborate well across teams
- Ability to think and work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional or native English proficiency
Not a must, but better if:
- Experience in B2B marketing or B2B growth marketing
- Education in marketing or related fields
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with collaborative nature
- Professional to native Korean proficiency
