Growth Marketer (Content)

We're looking for a marketer with a growth-hacking mindset to help us amplify the power of Preply’s content! If you're just as comfortable running AB tests as crunching the numbers around a surprising traffic increase, then we want to hear from you. 

As a Growth Marketer at Preply, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving traffic to the Preply Blog 
  • Converting this traffic into customers 

You will be part of the content team and will be 100% focused on driving growth on the Blog as one of our core content marketing channels. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, SEO, CRM, Paid, Product, Localisation, Engineering, and others. 

What you'll do: 

  • Build and deliver content amplification strategy
  • Test organic (email, SEO, social media) and paid tactics to increase traffic to the blog 
  • Improve traffic and audience performance through data analytics 
  • Improve blog UX and CVR through experimentation
  • Build lead nurturing campaigns for blog readers in collaboration with CRM
  • Manage and optimize budgets/resources for campaigns, tests, and experiments. 
  • Create performance reports and present them to different stakeholders 

What you need to succeed:

  • High level of emotional intelligence, ownership, and accountability
  • Strong communication skills
  • 3+ years of work experience as a growth marketer
  • A strong data mindset and analytical skills (an absolute must)  
  • A proven track record of running AB and user tests
  • Portfolio of campaigns that brought traffic or increased conversions on the website 
  • Understanding of content promotion via paid advertising, SEO, Social Media and CRM
  • Understanding of CRM principles and audience segmentation
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and keep projects moving forward
