Growth Marketer (Concept, Copy, Layout, Design, Conversion)

As growth marketer, you’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing activities for our consumer users, SMB customers and partners. By creating website content and design, as well as on- and offline promotional material for our network of partners, you'll be directly involved with optimizing our traffic conversion potential.

This is a fantastic role for someone who has a strong background in online marketing and extensive experience with working with people in a remote working environment. What you’ll be doing

  • Traffic conversion strategies: Stay on top with the latest traffic conversion trends and implement strategies to optimize our online sales. Coordinate strategies with our traffic acquisition team.
  • Product positioning: Work out strategical plans to position our SaaS offerings in the market. Coordinate implementation of web pages with our writer, translators and artwork designer.
  • Partner marketing support: Implement templates and illustrations for our partners and continuously provide partners/resellers with the best possible marketing tools to acquire new customers (brochures, flyers, data sheets, promotion campaigns, etc).
  • Team collaboration: Make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction. Know what's going on in the team at all times. Make sure no process gets stuck by resolving blockers of individual team members.
  • Quality assurance: Make sure that only high quality results are being released to customers. Provide team feedback to continuously improve processes and output quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in web traffic conversion or related activities, experience in software/SaaS industries, B2C and B2B.
  • 5+ years experience in creating concepts for product pages and getting them implemented in copy, layout and design.
  • Extensive experience in Google Analytics and conversion optimization. You’re not scared of numbers or Excel.
  • Ability to write flawless product copy in English.
  • Solid knowledge in Photoshop.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML.
