As Viroclinics-DDL continuous to grow, we are looking for a Group Leader Data Entry for our Clinical Operations Team, part of Xellerate. In this new role, you supervise a team of Clinical Trial Data Officers and Project Coordinators. You make sure that the team you are part of takes care of the (daily) tasks and that the manager is informed on its status. Furthermore, you contribute to the improvement of existing and new processes within the department. You will work from our office in Rijswijk.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Communicates on a daily basis with the involved Project Coordinator about the progress of the study and data transfer deadlines;
Supervises and trains the team and contributes to the development of the members;
Prepares proposals for improvement within the group and discusses with the manager;
Monitors and plans project related work in a structured way;
Update involved databases and metadata in LIMS for involved studies;
Make sure all received documentation is according to GDP regulations and QA requirements;
Transfer receipt data into the study specific master database;
Perform quality checks on transferred data and verify the receipt data;
Participate in 24/7 availability shifts according schedule by phone and answer questions for helpdesk availability;
Perform and review the progress of reconcilations with sites;
Re-train sites in case of sample issues / shipment issues;
Follo-up missing visit days according to the protocol with sites.
