An impactful role in a high growth company: As a Graphic Designer you will help us create the design strategy and bring it to life across all B2C digital marketing channels.
🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
- Design our job advertising templates and marketing assets: visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, presentations, information material for users and partners.
- Take an active role in building our creative strategy, currently heavily driven by Social Ads, by helping us set it up for diverse ad formats, channels and placements.
- Design for all HeyJobs markets and all aspects of the consumer funnel (from brand awareness to conversion focused).
- Own the full design process: Concept, storyboard, produce static and video assets, edit, and incorporate feedback along the way.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team, developers, fellow designers, and other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize communication approaches.
- Understand what drives positive results through partnering with the marketing team, and then adapting creative assets to reflect the learnings and continuously improve.
- Constantly strive to find fresh approaches that help us reach and engage job-seekers.
🤝 What sets you up for success
- You’re a creative designer with 2-3 years of experience in a professional design environment and proficient in Sketch/Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and prototyping tools.
- Experience with static digital design and video editing is required.
- You have a rich portfolio demonstrating your talent, thought and design processes.
- You have experience designing for bottom of the funnel advertising (i.e. conversion focused).
- You have experience in illustration for digital products, and the ability to develop our current illustrative style.
- You have great communication and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You have conceptual and visual design skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels.
- You’re an independent designer who is comfortable working independently and with your team.
- You are driven by designing assets that perform well to support the company’s mission of helping essential workers find a better job.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal, German language skills are preferable as we’re currently focused in German-speaking markets).
