Topps International is a market leader in the licensed publishing of Sports and Entertainment collectables. The Graphic Designer will join a collaborative, growing eCommerce Design team and will work on licenses such as Star Wars, Disney and Marvel, WWE – in addition to UEFA, Bundesliga and F1. This is a fast-paced Design role where flexibility and multi-tasking is key. We are looking for someone with lots of energy and creativity, with passion for and innovative ideas around the subject matter, who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute their skills broadly in a truly supportive team environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Creative – Contribute to concept designs and creative planning 
  • Offline – Create print files from templates for trading card/sticker products 
  • Online – Create web banners, product images, blog content, social posts 
  • Art – Working from templates to help pull together collections for publication 
  • International projects – Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or French languages is an advantage 
  • Partnership – Builds strong internal relationships with colleagues and cross functional partners across  

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field 
  • Expert use of using Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 
  • An understanding of video creation/editing would be an advantage 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional/commercial/brand experience   
  • Keen interest on design trends 
  • Comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, web standards and advertising standards 
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills 
  • Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing 
  • Professional approach to project management, costs, and deadlines 
  • A demonstrated interest in the subject matter (Disney, Marvel, Star Wars etc.) is preferred  
  • Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and knowledge 
  • Fluency in English is essential, with German, Spanish, French or Italian a huge plus point for the candidate
