About the job:
- Deliver creative visual assets, static or motion designs, and illustrations for educational videos.
- Develop designs and illustrations based on scripted lessons.
- Achieve video production goals and KPIs, creating designs that meet quality expectations and are suitable for animation.
- Work on projects from creative concepts to production in close collaboration with motion designers, content designers and project managers.
- Anticipate design needs for different projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, and ideate storyboards and style guidelines before production.
- Follow the team's production processes and workflows.
- Document and register files following specific guidelines for folder organization and naming convention, etc.
About you:
- 3+ years experience as a graphic and/or visual designer.
- Strong skills in illustration.
- Your portfolio shows experience across different design projects and audiovisual projects.
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- You have experience collaborating with motion designers.
- Ability to communicate ideas and explain design choices.
- You're a team player. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- You show care and commitment and are constructive about design feedback.
- You're comfortable speaking in English.
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with animation or video edition.
- Experience with edtech companies.
- Previous experience working on remote teams and with multicultural colleagues.
