Programme Overview

Our graduate programmes are designed to give you as much development and exposure as possible across the business within your first 12 months. We provide high end technical service field work for key clients we partner, including Sports Stadia Premiership, the NHS and Government, and provide you a great opportunity to grow your skills and technical ability with support. If you like the idea of working alongside fantastic, motivated people in front line engineering teams across different sites, while expanding your knowledge and experience, then read on.

Programme Outline

First 12 weeks: Induction, training and field work to provide you with fundamental knowledge and skills

Months 4-12: Practical opportunities in our to business operations within an agreed chosen business area

12 months + Deployed into an operational role within one of our 3 business divisions

What you bring to WCS Group

• You will have certificate or diploma or a degree, ideally in a science discipline, or at least Technical / Business; with the ability to build technical knowledge
• You have some experience in a customer facing role and good communication skills for developing customer relationships
• You’re curious and confident in using your initiative for problem solving
• You are a flexible team player who is collaborative and ambitious
• A full driving licence
