The Role

As a Gold Club Admin, you will assist the Sales Officers of the Branch Sales Team and support the SO in ensuring the coordination, delivery, proper acceptance, and monitoring of these documents to the Sales Support team and SMU.  Also, you will provide assistance in swift processing, proper coordination, and timely submission of deliverables are expected.

How you'll contribute

  • Point person as the recipient of documents being transmitted by the Branches
  • Reviews the completeness of the signed loan documents as to the required number of copies and provides email acknowledgment of receipt to branch partners/SO/Sales Support, as necessary
  • Arranges the signed loan docs and other docs in the credit folder prior to transmittal to the Sales Support team
  • Facilitates face-to-face loan document signing with loan borrower/s of the Branch at Head Office (if preferred by borrowers) based on approved terms and conditions to ensure that it is understood and that all documents are properly signed
  • Arranges loan document signing schedule with referring branch/SO/loan borrowers, as needed.
  • Prints loan documents prepared by LDRD based on bank-approved format at least a day prior to scheduled loan document signing
  • Maintains a Monitoring report of all documents received and transmitted to Branches/Sales Support Team and SMU for the original collaterals

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or in any related courses.
  • Fresh Graduate / with at least less than 1 year of experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Work, and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledgeable in Home Loan products is an advantage
  • Must have Interpersonal communication skills  and customer relation skills
