Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Global Origination Managers & Platform Solution Specialist (procurement managers) to help us engage with local suppliers of agro products (fruit and vegetables) be responsible for business development and sales for platform solutions/products. You source new supply, build partnerships with existing and new growers and guide them with regards to production, quality, product development. You coordinate with various departments such as logistics, quality control, back office, marketing, accounting and a range of external service providers which include certifiers, agronomists, stakeholders and banks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and execute sales activities, including cold calling, emails, online
meetings, and in-person meetings
- Account management and daily conversations with clients, deliver required results on business reviews
through a data-driven consultative approach
- Collect, analyze, and deliver customer feedback to the management team and product team
- Work closely with sales manager by contributing sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to conduct sales activities to convert & achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration
- Consistently manage enterprise sales accounts for seamless customer experience & strengthen long-term strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with the Platform Strategy Team to successfully align with Tridge’s global strategy & vision
- Work with existing suppliers across the country
- Research and approach new potential suppliers
- Nurture excellent relationships with suppliers with the aim of developing long-term relationships that will help to deliver cost savings to customers
- Manage supplier delivery times, logistics and quality processes
- Negotiate and set up contracts and agree on KPIs
- Research on local products with strong demand (import potential) and report to Tridge HQ, Korea.
Candidate Requirements:
- Located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
- Up to 3 years of sales experience in global B2B products
- Experience managing quality inspection and logistics processes
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language
- Entrepreneurial spirit as well as managerial skills
- Sales and/or marketing experience in global exhibitions/medium-small size tradeshows in the agri-food
industry is a big plus
- Able to lead platform solution sales at the frontline
- Prospecting skills, cold calling, business sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and Sales DNA
- Strategic planning ability to reproduce sales success cases
