About the role:

The content strategy serves as the heart of our integrated go-to-market plan. We are seeking a strong people leader and senior global content manager to accelerate our integrated content strategy, in order to drive exponential growth for Aircall across our core audiences and key markets on a global to local scale.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Build best-in-class content marketing strategies to connect with our future and existing customers by driving traffic, engagement, and leads
  • Be accountable for the deliverables and performance of the editorial calendar, aligned with our business growth goals, priority segments and integrated marketing plan
  • Produce high-quality & creative content fit for the target audience and channel distribution: articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, emails, videos and more
  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy and take care to govern our brand
  • Oversee content produced by your team and agencies, including conceptualising the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing the development and copy-editing prior to publishing
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance across organic sessions, downloads, leads and engagement; create reporting frameworks, conduct QBRs and initiate testing and optimization opportunities
  • Create processes and frameworks for request intake, prioritization, editorial review, localization and internal communication
  • Work closely with senior leaders and other departments to create effective communications strategies that champion our customers, articulate our product’s core benefits properly and are aligned to the integrated marketing plan and brand/pr messaging for all key markets
  • Manage, mentor and inspire a global team across content, video & SEO, and management of other external agencies & freelance personnel

What you should have:

  • Native/bilingual level in English is mandatory
  • 7-10 years of content marketing or direct copywriting management experience in B2B and/or SaaS industry
  • Experience managing content production for a global organization with strong knowledge of the North American and UK market
  • High level of emotional intelligence and people management of geographically dispersed teams
  • Clear, effective communicator—verbal and written—with the ability to be persuasive and creative
  • Data-driven and accountable for content and SEO performance, with the ability to translate data into insights and to drive strategy for future optimization
  • Proficient in reporting across campaign & channel performance, including use of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEOMoz, ScreamingFrog,  Storyblock and other analytics, seo, CMS and content optimization tools
  • Strong SEO knowledge, from SERP ranking & optimization to, SEO keyword research into content ideation, and influencing organic share
  • Project management skills and understanding the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads and sales
