Full Stack Software Engineer [PHP, Laravel, VueJS, HTML/CSS] - Latin America Only Freelance [Remote]

  • JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
  • LOCATION: Remote - Latin America Only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Full day overlap)
  • RATE: Our client is looking to pay $48,000 – $55,000/yr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term

THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a software engineer.

  • 3+ years experience with Laravel 5+ Framework.

  • 2+ years experience with VueJS (or any other front-end JavaScript frameworks).

  • Deep understanding of SQL with MySQL (or other databases).

  • Git workflow with GitHub (or similar).

  • Fluent in written and verbal English; must be able to communicate through video calls and team chats.

  • Experience with Linux environment.

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Quasar Framework.

  • Experience with 3rd party API integrations with major CRMs like HubSpot.

  • Experience with Twilio or other CPaaS vendor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, CpE, IS, or mathematic**s.

 

What you’ll be working on

Our client is a technology company based in Los Angeles, California. Their SaaS products are offered through their DBAs and brand names. They are financially independent and have been producing considerable profit for the past 3 years.

 

They’re looking for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on their team. They are looking for a well-rounded expert in Back-End/API and Front-End web development for robust web application solutions. They will be involved in the planning, designing, development, testing, and deployment of applications running on large-scale distributed systems.
