Financial Instruments Support Specialist

What is required:

- Learn our product and all aspects of its operation.

- Quickly and efficiently solve technical problems of clients related to the use of the product.

- Automate various routine tasks.

- Maintain documentation of the results of all of the above.

- Collaboration with colleagues from related teams, as part of client requests.

We expect that you:

- Love to learn new things ;)

- You have a proactive attitude and want to change the world around you for the better.

- Experience in working with Linux-like operating systems (console, troubleshooting).

- Have experience with logging systems, trabshooting on the basis of received data (Graylog).

- Understanding of computer networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI, etc.).

- Experience in technical support of applications or services (trabshooting, complex troubleshooting).

- Have knowledge of English at least intermediate level (business correspondence).

- Have automation skills (Python, Bash, API work).

- Relevant experience in fintech.

- Understand the structure of financial markets.

- Have knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and their features.

- Have an experience in cryptocurrencies/cryptocurrency exchanges.

It will be a plus if you:

- Familiar with ITIL, ITSM, KANBAN.

- Familiar with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

- Experience in 3rd line support.

- Have trading experience.

Working conditions:

- Remote work from anywhere in the world.

- Schedule 5/2 8 hours (shifts alternate every week).

- If necessary, employees can be assigned to night work, followed by an additional day off.
