Financial Analyst, Content and Apparel

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a hard-working, motivated Financial Analyst to join our Financing Planning & Analysis team and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Peloton’s Apparel business and Content Production Organization. This person will work closely with cross functional teams to provide direct reporting, analytical, and strategic support. The ideal candidate is driven, highly technical & resourceful, with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting for Peloton’s apparel and content organizations
  • Support our monthly close process through close partnership with the Accounting team
  • Help with monthly and quarterly internal reporting across the Content Production teams, including driving insightful analyses to explain variance to plans
  • Support Peloton’s 3rd party apparel sales, including providing variance analysis and participating in strategy discussions
  • Establish business relationships across the Apparel and Content Production teams and be a key FP&A contact for the broader team
  • Proactively identify key trends and potential risks & opportunities across the apparel and content businesses
  • Continuously look to increase efficiency through processes automation
  • Create ad-hoc analyses for cross functional leaders and management

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance
  • Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/ financial modeling skills and proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Drive)
  • Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills required
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization
  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for creating new reports to drive insight into business KPIs
  • Systems experience with financial planning tools (such as Looker) and ERP knowledge (especially Netsuite and SAP) a plus
  • Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies, retail, consumer products and / or media preferred

Base Salary: $81,800.00  to $106,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
