We are now looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in KSA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Drive the company’s financial planning and build financial models for Monstarlab local and regional management in order to optimise operational decision making.
- Financial management of projects, verifying performance of project against contract, and tracking overall profitability.
- Liaise with regional treasury team to ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations, in addition to tracking AR aging and providing status reports to management.
- Liaise with regional AP team to manage vendor relationships
- Work with regional FP&A team to prepare reliable current and forecasting reports in addition to annual budgets.
- Work with local consultants to ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies [if needed]
- Work with financial controller and manage a team of financial analysts in local market and regionally.
- Provide financial strategy recommendations to commercial leadership, extended leadership and executive team
- Review financial reports and determine methods to reduce costs
- Take control of financial records and documentation in KSA, and align with Regional processes.
- Support month closing and other ad hoc requests.
- Providing assistance to commercial team such as contract review, negotiations, risk management, and project financial performance
