The Role: 

Viz is looking to hire a Finance Manager, GTM to report to the Sr. Director of Finance as the Company continues its accelerated growth. This role will be a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing executives and will be the analytical mind behind go-to-market decisions. You will help enhance forecast reliability, automate processes, and make recommendations to improve sales metrics as the company continues its hyper-growth. 

You will:

  • Own all ARR activities, including ARR forecasting (top-down and bottoms-up ARR builds, pipeline calls for rolling forecast, revenue, billings, cash, commissions) and ARR review/reporting
  • Maintain ARR/Company metrics to provide actionable insights and create cohesive presentations for BoD and future financings 
  • Business Partner with the S&M org on expense/HC planning, pricing analyses, BvAs, etc. and provide insights that drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops on comp planning (providing suggestions on territory planning, quotas, OTE splits, etc) and review commissions before payout
  • Perform marketing conversion funnel analysis and make investment recommendations based on lead generation data
  • Proactively identify gaps in data or processes and suggest improvements

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in a FP&A role at a SaaS company strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
  • Proven track record of financial analysis/reporting, or similar quantitative modeling
  • Expert in analytical tools (Excel, Google sheets, Salesforce and Tableau)
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and Revenue recognition strongly preferred
  • Very high attention to detail and focus on work quality

What success looks like:

  • You will own all ARR financial activities 
  • You will be a trusted financial advisor/industry expert for the S&M leaders on ARR, expenses, benchmarking and any ad-hoc analyses
  • You will fully understand the financial model and recommend improvements 
  • You will partner with Sales Ops on ARR, comp planning, SFDC process flow, etc. and provide guidance as needed

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range: $109,500  - $142,000
