Deliver agreed sales target while providing expert customer service and satisfaction
Meet the Company KPI of Six (6) customer visits and 4 quotes per day
Daily submission of sales activity report on digital platform
Promote and sell all Rentokil Initial products and services to new and existing commercial along with residential customers
Establish, develop and maintain critical business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate business
Plan and organise personal sales strategies to achieve assigned goals and targets
Create and manage a customer value plan for existing and prospective customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
Proactively schedule in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, finance, service control and technical service teams to ensure efficient and effective product and service execution
Submit to management written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competition, etc., as required
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Keep abreast of products, product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends via pertinent literature and through ongoing consultation with immediate management team, marketing and technical service teams
