Requirements

Key Role Responsibility

  • Promote and sell all products and services to commercial and residential customers.
  • Deliver sales objectives while providing expert customer service & satisfaction.
  • Establish, develop and maintain critical business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate business
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategies to achieve assigned goals and targets
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing and prospective customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
  • Make in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, finance, service control and technical service teams
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required
  • Accurately document customer orders and other requirements
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Manage sales process with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective product and service execution
  • Identify product and service advantages and compare the competition's products/services
  • Communicate to management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competition, etc., as required
  • Keeps abreast of products, product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends via pertinent literature and consulting with immediate management team, marketing and technical service team.
  • Execute sales administrative duties required to achieve targets
  • Previous experience in a customer service or Pest Control environment a plus
