Hybrid role 2-3 days in London Office, Full Time 12 month contract with potential to be extended.

The Field Marketing Coordinator, EMEA is a supporting role to the Field Marketing team who are responsible for executing events and campaigns in over 15 European countries. The role will expose the individual to a broad range of disciplines including events, webinars, accounting, email, sales enablement, Account Based Marketing and communications. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing software company, cut your teeth in B2B tech marketing and work with some amazing individuals from around the world.

Reporting to the VP of Global Field Marketing, you will work with the Northern, Central and Southern EMEA Field Marketing Managers and be an integral part of the growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of our Workshop programme
  • Running logistics around our hosted Webinar programme
  • Updating of website with new events and press coverage
  • Admin/reporting Research, evaluation and execution of 3rd party events
  • Coordinating localisation of website changes
  • Contracts and invoicing
  • You will also collaborate with the digital/demand generation team in the US, as well as liaising with cross functional teams such as sales, pre-sales, legal and finance when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or equivalent
  • Great organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a bias towards action and getting things done.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to work with key internal teams 
  • Curious and genuine interest in technology and marketing
  • Previous experience working at a B2B tech company is nice to have
  • Any additional language skills are a bonus (Italian or Spanish would be highly beneficial).
