About the role:
This has been a year of growth for BigPanda and as a result, we are looking for our first Field Event Marketing Manager for EMEA. The ideal candidate will be based out of the Greater London Area. This role will be a critical part of a small team that will effectively operate as a start-up within a start-up. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only join a rapidly growing organization that is at the forefront of AIOps, but to also play a large part in establishing our presence in the European market.
What you’ll do:
- Strategically plan and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline generation and acceleration, as well as customer retention and expansion.
- Plan, promote, coordinate, and implement field marketing programs to include: self-produced events (virtual and live), partner events, customer marketing events, creative gifting, emails, digital programing, and more.
- Drive customized, high value experiences aligned to sales goals, and in support of lead generation.
- Develop regional ABM strategy, playbooks, and programs utilizing a variety of marketing channels (events, social media, ads, partner enablement, product, email, direct mail campaigns, etc.) and targeting different account tiers and buyer personas.
- Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities
Who you are/What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a field marketing role at an innovative, fast-paced product led technology company (BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Highly skilled in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns including live events, virtual events, digital programing and various demand generation campaigns.
- Energy and enthusiasm with experience supporting and engaging with sales and customer success organizations.
- Deep understanding of MarTech Stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense (or other ABM program), Outreach, Splash, Asana, Sendoso, etc.)
- A self-starter with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time.
- Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on program results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Leverage data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities to scale.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with super attention to detail and ability to travel when required.
