As an External Marketing Project Manager at NextPay, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of external marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes managing the project scope, KPI, and schedule to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeframe and budget.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals.
What you gotta do...
- Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with partners
- Identify growth opportunities with potential, existing, and new partners
- Effectively communicate and orchestrate plans, progress, status, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to events and partnerships
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase NextPay’s brand awareness and drive sign-ups thru events and partnerships
- Determine if an initiative is at par with NextPay’s set eligibility criteria and post-initiative KPIs
- Able to handle online and F2F events with minimal supervision
- Perform regular external project management activities, including tracking and intervention, to ensure projects are on-track and being delivered with the correct measurement for success
Our ideal candidate has...
- Degree in marketing, communication arts, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in external marketing, particularly in events (online and F2F) and B2B partnerships
- Solid experience with project and partnership management
- Good interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter that enjoys multitasking and having ownership over your contributions
